Winner Of The Thailand Property Awards Green Development Award 2007
West Sands are delighted to announce that we have won the prestigious Green Development Award in the Thailand Property Awards 2007.
Organised by Ensign Media Co. Ltd the Thailand Property Awards have been established to recognise the very best of the property industry in Thailand. The judging process is as follows:-
Stage 1 - The industry are invited to make multiple nominations for each category. Nominees cannot nominate themselves, nor nominate in a category where there may be a conflict of interest.
Stage 2 - Once all nominations are received, the organisers will then invite those nominated to supply supporting information and materials for that award using a new online system.
Stage 3 - All information from each nominee, in each category, will then be judged by a wide selection of industry professionals from around the country. Different judges will be selected to judge different awards to ensure there is no bias and conflict of interest, and judges will be selected from around Thailand to ensure fair representation of the different market segments. Stage 3 will take place online.
